The Musical Corner continuously strives to serve our community better. We are proud supporters of various organizations in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Formed in 2010 by owner/founder, Kimberly Cook, TMC Cares provides a variety of care packages to the homeless and low-income individuals and families. TMC care packages are filled with necessities for S. Carolina and Georgia residents to thrive during the winter months. From organic foods to handmade crocheted items, every package is made with love, support, and resourceful information about local shelters/sponsoring families.
Autism Wonders began by serving Autism-impacted immigrants within the USA and Canada, as well as those residing in less privileged countries. Subsequently, its programs expanded to include all autism-impacted individuals and families in the USA, primarily in Georgia. Every day, Autism Wonders work diligently to improve the overall well-being and the quality of life of Autism-impacted living across the world in a culturally sensitive manner through education, de-stigmatization/anti-bullying campaigns, support and resource provision, and empowerment.
Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is incredible potential. As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 5 through young adulthood in communities across the country. Mentors develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program provides new clothing or toys for children of needy families through the support of donors. Found in local companies and corporations, Angel Trees are decorated with numbered paper angel tags with the first name, age, and gender of a child in need of presents. Contributors remove one or more tags from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags.
